This policy applies to Lysteo's website, creator application, public opt-in pages, and delivery links.

2. Information We Collect

Creator accounts

• email address, display name, account ID, and login information;
• creator handle and published page addresses;
• public video and lead magnet links you submit;
• generated page, style, cover, and delivery-email content; and
• support messages you choose to send us.

Visitors and subscribers

• the email address entered on an opt-in page;
• the page and creator connected with the signup;
• delivery, unsubscribe, and email-event records; and
• limited request data used for page views, abuse prevention, and security.

Service operation

We collect logs and technical information needed to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service. Lysteo does not need to make a creator's source transcript or lead-magnet read data public in order to render an opt-in page.

3. How We Use Information

• authenticate creators and maintain their accounts;
• read submitted public sources and generate requested pages;
• publish pages and attribute views and signups;
• deliver the promised resource and process unsubscribes;
• prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect the service; and
• respond to requests and improve product behavior.

4. How We Share Information

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, public-source reading, AI-assisted generation, and application delivery. They receive only the information needed to perform those services for Lysteo.

Lysteo attributes each signup to the creator's page and shows the creator aggregate signup counts. Public pages show the creator-selected name, handle, page content, and lead magnet details. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, Lysteo, or the public.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and Security

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. Different records may have different retention periods.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

Subscribers can use the unsubscribe link included with a delivery. Creators and subscribers may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify the requester and may retain information when legally allowed or required.

7. Children

Lysteo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Lysteo changes. The date above shows when the latest version took effect.
